The developer is a family in the inland area of Southern California, "the Walters." It's really Walters & Daughters. Jim is a professor of bioethics who has hiked in the High Sierra for the last 40 years, ever since he moved to Claremont for graduate study (he has proudly completed the John Muir Trail and loves backpacking in the High Sierra every summer). Wendy, married and now having 2 little boys, is a biologist at an environmental consulting firm in Riverside. Christina taught fourth grade for six years, and now she and her husband have two children—a boy and a girl.
